3 C sugar
1 C oil (I substitute in 1/2 C applesauce & 1/2 C oil)
1 C water
1 1/2 C pumpkin
2 eggs
Mix together and add:
3 1/2 C Flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves (yes, this sounds like a lot, but it makes the muffins tasty)
1-2 C chocolate chips
Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1/2 hr.

Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cookies
Found a great recipe that i think I want to hold on to.
Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 Cup Butter, softened
1 1/2 Cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Cups flour
2/3 Cup Cocoa Powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 Cups chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Combine in the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; stir into the butter mixture until well blended. Mix in the chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until just set. Cool slightly on the cookie sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
